First and foremost he was able to schedule a full week before others I spoke to. He was highly recommended to me. He was 20 minutes early which I appreciated as being on time. He was extremely knowledgeable in all facets of the the inspection. He pointed out all areas of concern. He addressed all questions I had and there were many. He was priced fairly. I am pleased with the process and will receive my overall assessment sent to me by late today or early tomorrow. I strongly urge anyone to utilize him for their home inspection needs.

We have used Doug's home inspection service in the past and have been most pleased with his extensive knowledge, his diligence in inspecting every aspect of a property, and his skill and willingness to communicate with us and explain the details of what he finds. We received a thorough report with color pictures and items of concern clearly delineated and labeled; two days later, a paper copy of the report bound in a convenient notebook arrived in the mail. Doug made himself available to further explain any questions or concerns we may have had after reading the report. In the past, we have had had so-called "home inspections" that fell far short of Doug's fine work. He is the only home inspector/radon tester that we would feel confident to recommend to our friends and neighbors.
