The scheduling was prompt and the price more than fair. He inspected the entire roof and sealed more than the one skylight with the problem.

Was contacted quickly after I made request. Only problem was scheduling the repair after we spent a week deliberating what we would do. Vented bathroom fan to rear roof. Initially was vented into the attic and water built up in the attic. Replaced collar around stack pipe and resealed. When scheduled, work was done quickly.
