Sack's Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

Purchased home that had dogs they left there yellow marks on the carpets. Had to call several times before talking with Mr. Sacks instead of leaving voice mail (that's why the "B" rating in responsiveness.) Spoke with him in detail about stains left by the previous owners. We discussed prices, stretching and cleaning carpets (carpets are probably original to home) didn't want to replace carpet because we are going to remodel home and put in wood/tile. He was very informative about what could be done with carpets he was honest in saying that the stains may not come out. I told him carpets were dirty and needed to be cleaned so we could sit on them. He was prompt, courteous, professional and friendly when he arrived. He again went over in detail about everything we had talked about over the phone and after walking thru and explaining in detail (and money I would be wasting) we decided only to clean and deodorized carpets. The carpets have been cleaned but the stains of the previous owners still remain they do look better than before he arrived. Try him; you'll learn a lot from his expertise. Will definitely hire him again.
