Description of Work: Was not greeted warmly. Ron criticized my choice of flooring. Showroom was shabby and cold. I did not even entertain the thought of dealing with him.

+ -1 moreHe came out and give me an estimate and we agreed to the price. He said he was going to call me on Saturday to schedule it for the following week, he never called me. I called him and left a message, he never called me back and I tried Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and I called him on Thursday and said just forgot it, I don't want to deal with you. They didn't do any services for me. He was not professional as he never ever returned the call. I would not call him again.
Description of Work: I had Ron's Flooring come out and give me an estimate couple of weeks ago.

+ -1 moreThey did an excellent job carpeting my house. I called Ron and he came out that evening and did the measurements, and ordered my carpets right away. They were meticulous about the way they came in and installed the carpets. They were very professional. They were wonderful.
Description of Work: I used Ron’s Flooring to put in new carpets in my house.
