I called them to clean the house for my wife - who was very stressed with all the stuff we had going on. This was supposed to help - but it only ended up creating lots of aggravation and stress. My wife is still upset by it - and she's not usually one to hold a grudge. Took 4 hours hours to clean kitchen & 1.5 baths. Guy who showed up was used to working outside - doesn't normally do cleaning. Was very slow. We expected in that time they'd sweep / clean floors and get the whole house clean. We called to complain after the fact and they didn't offer any resolution basically saying 'sorry'. So - my recommendation - get a firm quote not a hourly rate and make sure they send person who regularly clean not whoever was handy that day.
