They came promptly to inspect the unit and quoted a fair price. I scheduled the job and they called to reschedule once, which was fine. The day of the job it was raining but they came right away when I called to report the rain had stopped. They worked non-stop the rest of the day to complete the job and did a thorough, professional job. They even dug out and releveled the concrete pad for the outdoor unit. I plan to use Rawlins in the future.
Description of Work: Rawlins replaced the outdoor central air unit and the indoor evaporator coil.

They are outstanding. Two men came and it took about 1 1/2 hours. The price included the labor and the fan. They are super good and very reasonable. I would recommend them to anybody.
Description of Work: I used Rawlins Heating & Cooling to correct a problem. They had to replace the fan motor because it wasn't cooling. It would heat up and then cut out. It wasn't running often enough to do the job.

This is an outstanding company. They charged us $50 and we told them that wasn't enough, so two days later we sent them another $50. Most companies will charge $75 to come to the house. They are unbelievably good. They don't overcharge and they do everything they can to keep from ripping you off. They have expertise that we haven't seen in other air conditioning people before. We will absolutely continue to use them in the future.

I had several companies come out to look at the unit. One company said I needed a new air conditioner, another said I had a leak which would cost $500 - $1000 to repair and the third company agreed with the second one. When they filled the freon they charged me around $60 a pound. Ed Rawlins was referred to me by a family friend. He came out, checked the system then diagnosed where the leak was. He didn't charge me for the call or diagnosis. He then replaced an 'A' coil and charged me about a third of what the other companies were biding for the same work. He just seems to be very good at his job, the one short coming is that he is very busy and not easy to get ahold of for emergencies. As far as his work, prices and attitude toward the business he is very good.
Description of Work: Three months ago our AC was not working properly so I hired Ed Rawlins .
