+ -1 moreI called to have my kitchen faucet repaired and was informed that Chris would call me back. Here it is almost 24 hours later, and I have not received a call back. Went with someone else as I needed to have the faucet repaired. This was Poor service.
Description of Work: Kitchen faucet got disconnected and when turning the water on, the water ran under the sink. Had someone else do the repair.

+ -1 moreI called Quinn Plumbing in the early afternoon. My call was returned withnin a couple of hours, service call was made promptly and services performed, all before dinnertime. I had called another plumber about 8 days ago and am still waiting for the return call promised for this week (today is Friday). I realized it was probably sheer luck on my part that someone was available today, but I appreciate the prompt return call as much as the better than satisfactory service. Nearly every step was explained so I could make informed decisions. Personable and just friendly enough.....I would definitely call Quinn Plumbing again.
Description of Work: Quinn Pumbing removed an existing tub and shower faucet I was told was faulty by another company (turned out to be a valve) and replaced with a faucet set I purchased. Also asked him to repair toilet, parts being provided by Quinn Plumbing included in this price. Both services were completed professionally, checked for leaks at several stages (none) and charged what I consider a fair price.

Description of Work: Company was very helpful with the information and referral. Unfortunately, they did not offer excavating that would be needed prior to the water line replacement. However, they did call me back and provide useful ideas and a referral.
