Description of Work: Initially, my husband and I were very excited about working with Paramount |Roofing (Canton, OH) to address our roofing and repair requirements. They had done my parents' roof and some of their neighbors', so my parents referred them to me. Initially, Paramount was very responsive and professional. We were immensely impressed! However, shortly after Paramount discovered that our insurance was not going to approve payment to replace our entire roof (only a handful of tiles & a ceiling repair), Paramount avoided us. They promised to get back to us; they stated that they'd look into requesting a second insurance adjustor, etc. We had also mentioned some HVAC and plumbing work we were looking to have done in our basement, and the Paramount rep. said that they'd take a look at this as well. None of these things have been followed through. | |Even had this job only resulted in a very small job compared to the bigger ones I'm sure they prefer (and understandably so), they should have looked at this from the 'bigger' picture angle and potential future business that could come their way from both us and others we know by handling this professionally (I can only assume they're not concerned about the impact of 'word of mouth' and negative reviews via social media). I will say we're making an assumption that they no longer wanted to do business with us and did not see value in us as a potential customer since we haven't heard a word from them in weeks. | |I will say again that we were so impressed with our initial interactions with you/Paramount that we were already thinking that when we are ready to replace our entire roof in 3-5 years, Paramount was the company we'd go to as our top choice to replace it. Furthermore, we were planning to provide referrals of neighbors who might benefit from a free estimate. | |Paramount showed a major lack of respect and professionalism and extremely poor customer service as soon as they realized insurance was not going to cover a whole roof replacement. We could have respected had they just been open and honest that they preferred not doing the smaller job and recommending someone else instead. As it was, we were attempting to contact them several times to find out the status, via the Paramount rep's cell phone and emails, and as a result, we lost several weeks and now may have difficulty finding someone else to do the repairs since the cold weather has arrived. | |We would have definitely song praises about Paramount had this been handled in an appropriate manner. I hope someone else doesn't go through this same frustrating process and hence the reason for my review. |In summary, at this point, we're moving on and contacting others to do our current and future roofing jobs and will never again consider Paramount.

Description of Work: Tear off and Replace damaged roof (all but deductible covered by Homeowners Insurance)

Description of Work: Provided all new siding, gutters, downspouts, shutters and decorative moldings on 2 story 3100sqf colonial. Also repaired areas damaged from water from previous old siding.

Description of Work: new roof , siding,sky lights and some windows.

Description of Work: Replaced the roof and back spouting of our home as the result of wind and hail damage.
