+ -1 moreWas hired by my neighbor to take out some of their trees. Neighbor also had them cut down my tree which was clearly 10 feet across the property line. There is a fence that makes the property line obvious, and my neighbor asked them to cut it. It was "creating too much shade" for them. I cannot believe how unprofessional this service is.

+ -1 moreA message was left on my home answering machine stating the particular person would like to come and look at my tree. I called him back the next day and got no response. When he did call back he told me the day he called he would be at the hose the same evening and wanted to make sure I would be home. I said I would make sure I was home. I had to change some plans in order to do so. He never showed up or called. Never heard back since. It's been over a week.
Description of Work: Promised 2 times to come out for an estimate never showed up or called.
