Joe was AMAZING! I was running late, he walked the property and explained some things to my father (who is an electrical engineer). Once I arrived, he walked me through anything. Answered all of my questions so I fully understood. Also, went over how to fix what needs to be fixed. All issues were minor! Definitely recommend this business and Joe to anyone who needs an inspection!
