Excellent from phone call to fixing of the problem as described above.
Description of Work: I was a nervous wreck when my furnace wouldn't turn on. I joined Angie's List to find a reputable contractor. Northeast Ohio Heating & Air Conditioning had a sticker on the side of the furnace. They had one review (a good one). I called Chuck and explained the problem. Chuck and Chad came out (very punctual) and fixed the problem of a loose wire not being connected tightly. You could see they were both very knowledgeable in the steps they took to isolate the problem. Both were professional, friendly, helpful and I would definitely use them again in the future. Thanks Chuck and Chad from Northeast Ohio Heating & Air Conditioning!

We have used this company several times at two different locations. They came out and inspected the a/c unit at our house and told us it could be fixed but probably wasn't worth the $$. They showed my husband the problems with the current system and why they recommended a new unit. They came the next day - as promised - and installed the unit in the time they estimated. We also own a rental condo and had an issue with the a/c there. They came the same day that we called and fixed the problem while there. Since we were going to put the condo up for sale, we asked them to take a look at the furnace. They said all was well with both units. A potential buyer had a home inspection and brought in a heating and cooling company to look at the units. That person told the buyer that both units need replaced and the furnace was leaking carbon monoxide. We immediately called Northeast and they were they the next morning and did a full inspection and found no problem. Told us that they had been seeing a lot of these reports which were, in fact, nothing more than an attempt to sell units.
Description of Work: First visit was to figure out why the a/c wasn't cooling our house. They came next day and looked at the unit and explained options to us. Came out next day and installed new unit. Second visit was to a condo that we rent out -- again a/c problems. They were able to fix problem at that time. At our request, they looked at the furnace because we were ready to put the unit on the market and we wanted to know if there were any problems with it. We were told it was good. Third visit was to check furnace after another company told us (in a home inspection report) that it needed replaced due to leaking carbon monoxide. They did a detailed inspection and showed us how another company could say there was a problem when, in reality, there is no problem.
