The product stopped working in September and they replaced the insert box but not the wooden frame. They sent me the wrong insert size for the product, then they sent me the correct insert but I could not the insert removed. They sent me the two screws to get the insert out when it takes four to get the insert out. The product works fine, but the customer service is not very good. The customer service people on the phone were nice but they did not know what I was talking about for the as far as how the product works.
Description of Work: I called and purchased a heat surge on special for a year service guarantee.

 + -1 moreThe unit works very well, but it does not have a thermostat. I called the company and spoke to a co-manager who informed that there were two models in the warehouse; one with and one without a thermostat. Apparently, I had received the one without. He also said that they would charge me 100 dollars to replace the unit with one that did have a thermostat. I wouldn't recommend doing business with this company.
Description of Work: They built an Amish heater and shipped it to me.
