Heartfelt Treasures

Originally, I bought 2 candles - last year - from this co thru a school fundraiser for my grandson. I thought they were excellent candles and wanted to buy a few more for gifts. I ordered online March 12th, and the next day (13th) i recv'd a automated response with an order #. I then waited 5 days and heard nothing --so i wrote again asking if they received my order , ( thinking i'd get a shipping e mail by that time) . . i did get a response telling me she would be making them 'over the weekend' and ship them out on March 22nd. By March 29th , I had not received anything so wrote again, again heard nothing from her. I wrote again on April 2nd, asking that the order be canceled and asking for my money back. ( this was to be gifts for EASTER!!!) . . . she e mailed me back that time saying she had too many things going on in her household and she was sorry . She didn't invoice paypal, which is where i went thru to pay for this order, so no money had been sent . Luckily i didn't lose my money but i was stunned at the way this order was treated. I had waited and waited and was patient til i found out she didn't even MAKE the candles when she promised - - - but i only found out after i wrote her twice to ask about my order!! Apparently any orders you make are made and sent at her convenience. I wasn't aware of this or i wouldn't have ordered from this company!!! I feel this is a extremely poor way to run a business. I gave her a 'D" on professionalism only because she apologized . If my grandson's school sells these candles again from this company, i won't be buying them. I'll give him money instead.
