+ -1 moreExcellent, from their store, selection, pricing, to installation. Only issue was a missing piece of metal between rooms. They were called to do this, they scheduled to come back, then never did. My mother decided to let it go. Then there was a flood! We had them back to replace the carpet.
Description of Work: Entire house carpeted.

Description of Work: Fred's Carpet installed carpet in my entire finished basement and three large bedrooms. I had a wonderful experience with Fred's carpet and I highly recommend them. Fred is super nice, personable and extremely knowledgeable about carpet and has been in the business for decades. Renee was excellent! She was so patient and kind with me and my family. She helped me pick the right color and worked with our tight schedule. She always made herself available when I called and returned calls promptly.I was not the easiest customer to work with and they all were fantastic. The crew that came and installed the carpet were prompt and did an excellent job installing. I absolutely love my carpet, it is so soft and plush. Their prices beat the larger retail stores. Their customer service is impeccable! I highly recommend Fred's Carpet!
