They remodeled our entire basement, including the ceiling, walls, and flooring. They insulated a block wall that got really cold during the weather. They installed a ventless fireplace, and built a bathroom adjacent to the laundry room that includes a grinder pump so that if we do have any plumbing problems they don't have to dig into the concrete. They put in a fabulous looking laminate floor. He hand built a square surround that matched the walls of the basement around the foundation posts. Our stairway has a landing that they redesigned to open it up halfway so its not a tunnel any longer. They put on a beautiful banister with wrought iron posts that looks wonderful. They also changed the original railing above the landing so that it matched. They removed a bunch of stuff that we didn't need that came with the house when we bought it. My husband has a new storage room that he keeps his fishing and hunting gear organized. It is a family run business with the father, son, and friend. They did not take breaks, but worked steadily throughout the day. They cleaned up after themselves every night, and they were extremely pleasant to work with. You can really tell that they enjoy each other company when they are working. They are not only talented craftsmen, but they are also artist. They were reasonable about changes that I made and their opinions on past renovations helped me achieve what I was trying to get done. They were very helpful in moving furniture when they were finished with the remodel. The man they had do the electrical work is a retired principal in the area and he was wonderful to work with. After they were finished with my basement, they went over to our rental and made all the repairs that needed to be done with our rental property. I am now confident that the inspection at our rental property will go well. I can't sing their praises enough, and if I did concrete work I would hire them for that as well.
