They were responsive and were there the next morning to clean the drain from roots. This bill was a bit of a shock though. They were at the house for about 15 minutes and charged $250. I've had the same drain cleaned and a camera ran down the line for less than $125. When I called to make sure I received the correct bill, I was told they charge for travel time. This business is in Canton, the house was in Carrollton. That's about 40 min one way. I just want Carrollton residents to be aware and choose another company locally.

erI have used Fairmont several times before and he had told me that the cast iron drain pipe that collects the drains into one would eventually have to be replaced. When he came to fix a clogged drain in the bathroom, he noticed that there were small leaks in the main (cast iron) drain pipe. We scheduled a time for him to return with the supplies he needed to do the job. He showed up on th e appointed day with a helper. He was on time and worked most of the day to complete the replacement. The amount he charged me was what was estimated even though he had a few unexpected problems. The owner is a former engineer who is very knowledgeable and personable.
