My bathroom sink would not drain. I took the plunger and the trap apart as this was where this drain had been plugged up before. The clog was in the wall, so I called Doug Mullaly Plumming because he was recommended on Angie's List. He came out the next day and cleared the clog with a snake. I had purchased a new faucet and plunger so he installed them. He then replaced the pipes between the sink and the wall because the old ones were old and were wearing out. This all took only an hour and cost $95! He left no mess, used his own towels, and removed the old parts. Plus, I had him look at a drainpipe in the basement that was corroded and he said if it's not leaking don't replace it. When it leaks try a rubber patch, and if that doesn't work call him back. I certainly will!

I sent him an email with the list of things I wanted done because it was long distance. He gave me a price within a day and started working within a week.

Polite, courteous and responsvie to phone call. Was about a 4-5 day wait for service call. Prompty arrived, quoted repairs needed and provided those services in a timely fashion. Removed all debris from work area. Was satisfied with his work and work ethic and would definately call for future services.

I checked here for plumber recommendations and called him. Told him the pilot light wouldn't stay lit and he asked me several questions about the tank. He told me to call the number on the tank and what I needed and that they would send me the part and he would install it. I called the number, described my issue, they said the exact same thing he did - needed thermocouple upgrade kit. Doug had said there was a huge recall on Whirlpool thermocouples and it was a common thing with them. I had the part overnighted to me and Doug installed it that afternoon. I was so pleased with his work, he is coming back at the end of the week to repair a leaking toilet and I have had him quote me several other jobs I need done and will have him do them all as I get the money! Definitely would recommend him!

Doug was phenomenal!! He managed to come out and estimate the job in just about an hour after my call! I had the bathroom floor torn up but couldn't see where water was leaking from. Doug pinpointed the problem after asking me one question: "was the house empty for a long time?" As soon as I told him it was he told me my main stack was split. That required me to open up a wall to expose the stack and depend on him to come back when I got it open. Two things about this amazed me; #1 The stack was split exactly like he said it would be, and #2, Doug made room for me in his schedule and came back the next day. But thats not all, To finish the job, I had to open up more floor and get him to come out a third time. And he did!! And to top it off, the price I paid was less than the estimate he gave!! After all I put him through! He did an extremely professional jod and I am totally satisfied with his work. He is my plumber from now on.

If your looking for a plumber, this is your guy. Mr. Mullaly provides quality work at a reasonable price. I could not have been more pleased.

Discovered significant leak under kitchen sink. Doug is always very busy so he couldn't come out until several days later, shut off water to sink and dishwasher as a precaution. Doug recommended upgrading the lines from vinyl to braided stainless steel. Quality of work was great!
