Doug initially arrived the day of our appointment to estimate the repairs. We then scheduled the repairs a couple of days later. He repaired everything as previously discussed and even installed additional pipe for the bathtub, not previously discussed, but needed. I was very pleased with the completed work. Also, the final cost for labor was less than quoted. I would definitely use him again!

He was real good. He is easy to work with. He is a local guy and has a great reputation. He returns calls. He shows up and he goes right to work. He has the best price. He does excellent work.

Did not show up on day we initially planned. I think it took about three appointments until he showed up to do the job but did not complete it. He said he did not have the right tool to fasten the sink to the counter using the brackets that came with the Kohler sink and would have to buy a new tool and come back the next week to finish but he didn't. About a month later, I went to Sears hardware and picked up the tool and called to ask him to come out to finish the job. He did. He left the work are a mess and was seen wiping silicon sealant on his hands and then all over the facet and sink for some unknown reason. The silicon he used started to peel off around the seem of the sink and counter top when it got wet a few days later. I have debated writing this for a year because I really liked Doug. He had done several other jobs for us, always reasonably priced, he usually left the site a mess but I anticipated and accepted that because the jobs were done well otherwise. Nice young man. Not sure what happened with this last job.

Doug was better than terrific. He not only handled our problem but contacted Delta and replaced our faucet (lifetime warranty that we forgot about ) for no extra charge. We have already recommended him to our friends. He's great.

We were very pleased with the service! Price was cheaper than we had priced elsewhere and Doug was very fast and professional with the install. He also gave us advice on what type of toilet to buy before we purchased. We are going to have him come back to install two sinks as well. Would highly recommend!

Doug was right on time and communicated very well. He was very friendly and professional while at our house. The work went smoothly and he even came back the next morning (Saturday) to fix a small drip that developed on the new fridge water connection. I've used several plumbers in the past and can honestly say that Doug was the best and most fairly priced that I've ever used.

He went right to work and addressed every item on my list. He was on time and we had an agreed date for his return for the water softener install.

Doug was very prompt on his scheduled arrival and provided detailed info on what he said he would do to fix my drain pipe cap problem and to remove my hot water tank. He quoted to me the cost to do what I wanted done and the approxiate cost to fix the pipe if the first option did not work. In the end , his bill was for the same quoted price minus the Aungie's list discount. He was very efficient and polite and professional in his work and I strongly recommend him to anyone needing plumbing service.

The job was perfect for what I needed to replace these fixtures to install a new wall kit. Mr. Mallaly was right on time and very personable. We discussed the job and it was completed in an hour. The cost was also very fair.

Doug was friendly and efficient. He explained the work he was doing and replaced my faucet very quickly. I was very pleased with his work.

He did have to leave for a few minutes to pick up a new part. It did not take him very long to do that. Total of only 2 hours with him working on this project. (that includes the time it took him to go pick up the part) He did have to turn the main water off to my house during this time. He was curtious about it.

Doug was very professional, calling to explain he'd be a little late. Arrived,assessed the problems and explained what he would be doing. He brought a drop cloth and cleaned everything upon finishing. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and I would definitely hire him again.

This was work done on my Dad's house and it was important to me to contract someone that was prompt and professional. Doug gave my Dad an estimate and was able to complete the work the same day for a very fair price. Actually, the work was done within a 2 hour time frame. The work done was outstanding and Doug is very professional. My Dad, along with myself, would definitely call Doug for future plumbing needs.

Doug quoted the job and answered a general plumbing question I had on the first call. His quote was very competitive, so we scheduled a time for the install. He gave me a call about an hour before arriving and he showed up on time. He was professional, answered my questions and left no mess behind. I am very satisfied with the service provided.

I've used him several times. He is usually the cheapest and he is good. He is my go-to plumber.

He did an excellent job at replacing not only the pipes but the drain on the tub as well. Now the tub fills and drains like new. If you are looking for a plumber, I would highly recommend talking to Doug.

He came out in a very timely manor and did a good job. He gave me some advice of how to save some money. He came out later and installed a shower valve on the same property. I am happy with both projects.

I flushed a sponge down a very old toliet which became lodged in the trap and could not be shredded with snake or pulled out. When toilet was removed off the floor of course in a house 100 plus years old some of the flooring was rotting and disintegrated. A larger portion of the floor needed to be replaced which should have called for a carpenter but that would have left me without a toilet in a one bathroom house for probably a couple of days and Doug did all the work himself. Very thankful to have found Doug, will definetly use him in the future.
