I woke up Monday morning to an icy shower and realized the water heater was on the fritz - not a great way to start a Monday! I called and left Doug a message - he called me back within 10 minutes. He gave me a verbal estimate on the phone, met me at home after work on Monday, and I had a new water heater first thing Tuesday morning. No muss, no fuss! Everything was cleaned up and Doug accepted the coupon that was on Angie's List. I would absolutely call him again and recommend him highly!

Doug and his partner came to our house the same day we called him. Our toilet was leaking and I was very grateful for the timely response. They had the job completed quickly and were very professional.

I was walking in my family room when I felt a drop of water on my forehead. I looked up and the ceiling was leaking, with water spots in several spots. I drilled with a small bit into the ceiling at several spots, and water fell through the holes at a good clip. About a quart of water was collected before it stopped. I thought it might be a wax ring problem and called Doug. He came right over, installed a new wax ring for starters, along with a shutoff valve and supply line. Doug said that the drain was probably cracked but he would try the easy stuff first. When the toilet was flushed, more leaking. Doug said that I had a cracked drain, and that the best solution was to replace that part. He said that he could get to it after labor day, a couple of days. Until then I used the other bathroom. Doug and his assistant showed up on time and cut the ceiling to obtain access to the drainpipe. The cut was smaller than I thought, about 1' by 2', and that was a big plus. The cracked pipe was cut out and the new drain pipe was installed. Doug works efficiently and cleans up any mess. I have used his expertise two times now, I would recommend him to anyone.

Doug and Dominic did an outstanding job. They arrived at the time that they stated they would be there. Actually called twice to ensure us that they were on their way. The went right to work and had everything done in under 1 hour. THey actually fixed a few flaws of the home builder that caused the issues in the first place. They were very clean and professional. I think that we have found a contractor that we can actually trust and rely on.

He was polite while still friendly. I didn't tell him I wanted a new faucet until he came out with the water heater, but he had a very nice model in his truck, and proceeded to do everything quickly and efficiently. After he left, I realized anyone else might have made me feel guilty for that, but it didn't phase him at all. While I usually don't like workmen in the house, his visit was easily the most positive experience I've had with strangers in my home. I have no reservations in recommending him.

We called at 4:25 on a Friday -our sump pump had stopped and water was seeping through cracks into the basement. Doug was on site by 5:00. He replaced the pump and all is well. Very fast, very professional, highly recommended.

He has come out a couple times for sinks, toilets. This last time was a leaky sink. He was quick, polite, and does not do things that don't need done. I will always use him, and pass his name around!

He was prompt, professional, quick working, and reasonably priced. He diagnosed our leak as a broken sump pump, replaced the sump pump and then also added a longer vent to our water heater. It took less than an hour. Cost was only $150. I would not hesitate to call him in the future!

He was fantastic! I called him the day of. He made time to come out and check my mothers water. He was able to identify the problem and make me feel very comfortable. His customer service was extraordinary. He came when he said he would and called when he said he would. I would feel very confident to have him come back to check other things for my mom.

I called at 8:30 am and he showed up an hour and a half later. Accessed the problem as a faulty shut off valve. Replaced the valve no more leak done in half an hour. Very professional and courteous. Plan on using him for other projects.

Doug originally gave a verbal estimate of $350.00. He asked I remove dropped ceiling tiles to speed the installation. This I did with little effort on my part. He later came with a worker and new piping. He and his helper had the new lines installed and working within a 3 hour time period (I felt this was FAST!). After my Angie's list discount, he told me I only owed him $250.00 because the work went faster than he expected. I am thrilled about the price he charged and am very satisfied with his work. I would use him again.

the tub was not draining properly and the problem with these hundred year old homes is just that. so we installed a new p-trap and overflow along with a new drainline. im an out of state owner so as soon as I get to the house I will have to look to see if everything as done up to par. I reserve the right to change my review then.

t called Doug early Saturday morning (my first contact with him, I got his name off Angie's List), he came to the house an hour and a half later. He replaced the pump, which he had in his truck, as well as the check valve which I complained about when he was working on the pump. Doug's responsiveness and quality of work were unsurpassed in my few experiences with plumbers, and his total price was reasonable, especially on a weekend. I do recommend him and I will use him again.

He came that same day to take a look at the work that needed done and provided the estimate on the spot. When I gave him the go ahead he was able to get me on the schedule very quickly. He showed up to do the work at the exact time he said. Both Doug and his assistant were very professional and polite. Doug even pointed out a few things I would have never noticed and took care of them as well and was still under his estimate. I will definitely be using his services in the future!

Excellent, professional service... even called to come out early! Had everything needed and was finished in no time. Removed old tank and left no mess. Had a very tight, cluttered, dimly lit space to work in, and assured me it was OK. Honored Angie's list coupon without hesitation and subtracted from bill, as invoice prepared before I could tell him I had the coupon. Would highly recommend and will definitely call in future with any additional plumbing needs.

Called Doug the night before along with a number of other local plumbers after 6pm. He was one of the few plumbers were could reach after hours. Gave us a price and showed up on time the next day as scheduled and completed the job. Fast response, clean job and very professional. Would use again.
