+ -1 moreTerrible! From start to (non-completion). It was a nightmare! He took money for things not done and did not pay his subcontractors. He did not pay suppliers which opens me up for liens on my home. He was non-responsive to calls, faxes, emails, and letters. Workers walked off the jobs because of lack of pay, new workers would come to work, then walked off because of no money paid. The mess left was enormous!
Description of Work: Remodel and Add an addition to my cabin. Build a Deck and Carport.

+ -1 moreHE HAS TAKEN MONEY WHICH WE CAN'T GET BACK. THE WORK WAS STARTED LAST MAY AND THE HOUSE IS STILL STANDING UNFINISHED, IT IS A SMALL HOUSE. THE CARPENTER WOULD SHOW UP SPORADICALLY, SOMETIMES NOT FOR WEEKS, AND THE OWNER MADE A LOT OF PROMISES THAT WERE NOT KEPT. WE'VE MADE MANY ATTEMPTS TO RETRIEVE MONEY WE'VE PAID HIM AND HE HAS NOT BEEN RESPONSIVE.
Description of Work: CONTRACTED WITH HIM TO BUILD A HOME.
