This company is first rate and very professional. Ted Welch is highly skilled in his knowledge of radon; he takes the time to explain what it is and the reasons to remove it from your home. The piping inside the home is very neat, takes up almost no space. The outside pipe is more extensive, but he looked over the best space to obscure the radon system from view. At our house you don't even see it. He does great due diligence by checking the levels in our home to be sure the system is working at peak. His equipment will be in our basement for 3 days as he tracks the numbers. There is also a monitor on the radon system that keeps us informed of the efficiency. Would recommend Ted and his company to anyone. Such peace of mind at a reasonable cost. Thank you Ted!

Everything was exceptional, except the cleanness. There is an accident: they put the cardboard on the floor to protect hardwood floor. But it turned out that cardboard is full of glue in the back so the hardwood floor was actually a mess afterwards. It would be nice if there are something on their shoes to walk in-out. Also it would be nice if the basement carpet would be vacuumed after the work is done.
