This is a long overdue and well-deserved review. I cannot speak highly enough about the work that Chuck and his crew did to rebuild our cracked and sinking front steps. The work was done for the price quoted, and they were very prompt, respectful of the property, cleaned up after they finished and overall were very professional. I will be calling Chuck for any future masonry work I need done.

The initial work that was done November 2020 was fine. By March 2021 there was a fine crack across the top of the stoop. I contacted them and they looked at the issue in May 2021 stating that new stone veneer was ordered and that work would would commence once it arrived. I was assured that it was under warranty and would be fixed. I have had no contact from them since May. I have contacted them by phone and email several times and received no response. I understand that there are supply issues and pandemic issues that need to be worked around. However, no updates, assurances of warranty continuance or work dates have been provided. Over the summer, the cracks have expanded and started to raise. This is not a safe situation for the entrance to my home.

Their estimate was very high, like $2,000 more than other providers . They had to reschedule the estimate appointment twice with us.
