+ -1 moreI had set up the appointment with his receptionist Barb and she set it for 11am today. I had a last min portrait and asked if we could push it to 1 and she said that should work, it would be between 1 and 1:15. About 1:05 Mark pulls up the drive and the rest is history! Mark seemed to know exactly what was wrong and he showed me what it was and removed and cleaned the flame sensor and it has been working since!! It's 10 degrees out and we are toasty! He is very professional and reasonable! Highly recommend him.
Description of Work: He came out to look at my furnace that hasn't been running right. It would heat for a little while and then not work and all of a sudden the room temp went from 72 down to 60 and this would happen off and on for some time. It has been in the single digits and I have a photo studio and it needs to be warm!
