 + -1 moreI do not like windows 8 and did not want to purchase a new laptop. With the guidance of a family member I purchased a hard drive and new windows 7 operating system. I installed them myself for under $200. If I need something diagnosed in a pinch I will go back to BetterBuilt. I don't think I will use any of their other services.
Description of Work: They diagnosed the hard drive crashed and couldn't retrieve anything from it. That was the only positive side of the story.

 + -1 moreThey are easy to work with. They are also sensitive with what you are talking about. They are responsive but a little bit too busy. I will use them again in the future.
