After a few years of service they dropped their tank rental policy (order propane at least once per year and pay just half of the rental fee for the tank which is $60 a yr) After three years I decided it was not worth it and called to cancel the service. That was in early July. I was told within two weeks they would come and pick up the tank. I asked about the remaining propane in the tank if I would be reimbursed for that and I was told yes. THANKFULLY I took a picture with my cell phone of the gauge on top of the tank that day. The tank was not picked up until late August. The day I realized that the tank was finally gone. I noticed they did damage to my copper pipe that was left behind. I made several phone calls to the district manager to call me back, many of which were never returned. It was finally decided to waive the $40 charge of the tank return fee because of the damage. When I asked about the refund for the remaining propane in my tank I was told that the driver said the tank was empty. ( !!! ). I reminded Val (The district manager) that I had taken a picture of the gauge before they picked up the tank. She then told me I would be refunded and she calculated the amount. When I first started doing business with this company about 2002 I had no complaints. I don't know what happened to the management in this company but it has definitely gone downhill. The management is very unprofessional. (The phone reps, however, have always been polite and helpful).

It has not gone so well. Being new to the area and not knowing what companies are best for contracts for propane we went with who the previous homeowners used and that has been nothing but problem after problem. The latest example I ordered propane January 26th and on February 11th it was delivered now the previous month I was told once I order its 7-10 days to receive it. When I looked over my receipt to find out only 200 gallons where put in the tank I was furious wait all that time to have 200 gallons put in? So naturally I called the office to find out why I was left with only 200 gallons the lady said she needs to put me on hold and check. She comes back on the line and tells me cause thats what is on the order. I asked her why I would only order 200 gallons I have never been asked how many gallons when I have called in and this is like the 3rd or 4th time calling in for propane. She laughed and started arguing with me about she always asked how much to leave and I told her I have never been asked. While she is still laughing she says not a big deal she will put in an order for another fill.
