Very good. They were efficient and cleaned up after themselves. They discovered asbestos while preparing to clean air ducts, recommended a company to remove it and returned promptly once that job was finished.

They were great. When they came to clean my ducts, they discovered that when I had the asbestos removed from my home 20 years ago, they had neglected to treat the inside of the ducts. Alex gave me the name of a company which came and took care of the problem, then Altek returned and did the duct cleaning. They were prompt, professional and left the area very clean. I recommend their work.

He told me that I was too busy and my voice was not happy. My office is in my home and my husband took him around as he wanted to see every single register in the house. After 3 rooms, he said we were too busy and my voice was not friendly. I personally have over 350 customers myself with my own business and I have never once been told such a thing. Not sure what just happened but after he said all that he said, he just walked out.

I contacted this provider as they are certified for air duct cleaning and all reviews were positive on Angie's List and BBB. The owner Alex Kaplan contacted us within a day of our submitting a request. He arrived on time performing a thorough inspection of our system and providing us an estimate for services. This company is highly certified for all services they provide. Alex is very knowledgeable and professional in his approach. As we had some type of dead rodent odor coming up through the vents we were in need of immediate assistance. Alex was able to arranged to have his crew come the next day. This was a pleasant surprise and exhibits their dedication to assist the customer in any way possible. It required two days to complete the service. Both technicians, Andy and Andrew, were very polite and professional in carrying out their duties. Photos were taken as the job progressed showing the before and after the ducts were cleaned. The pictures assured us a thorough job was being completed. They also handled the moving of furniture as needed. They also washed all the registers and applied a disinfectant at the end of the cleaning process. This required us to be out of the house for 2-3 hours. Here comes the above and beyond. Even though the ducts were cleaned nothing was found of a rodent and the odor continued. Andy took it upon himself to find the origin of the odor requiring him to crawl into a very limited access area. He located the dead rodent under an air register in the insulation. Not only did he remove the critter but he reinsulated the area for us. I gave this provider an A on pricing even though we had nothing to compare it to. The rating is based on the the professionalism, the quality of work and the willingness to help a customer in need beyond what you would normally expect. Thank you for everything.

Our heating/ cooling system has 5 zones. We've been noticing much more than normal dust in the house lately. Alex and his company were recommended to us by our heating and ventilating company. Alex came out, met with us, went through our entire home, gave us an estimate on the completed job and explained his system of cleaning thoroughly. Being a retired electrical contractor, I knew that his system of cleaning the ducts was far superior to any other. We approved the quote and his two men came out and worked the better part of two days doing a fantastic job! We're so pleased with their professionalism and how careful and cautious they were of our home as they worked. After the job, everything was cleaned up and left immaculate. It's now been over two weeks and we've noticed a huge difference. Our home is practically dust free. We cannot recommend Alex and his company, Altek, highly enough! If we could give them an A+ we would!
