 + -1 moreWe called for them to come back out but they said they would charge us again for a service call. We refused to pay them for another service call and chose to call another company. The second company that came out was able to do the repair and it cost us another $106.50. He diagnosed that the inducer orifice was not working properly. We are very dissatisfied that we had to pay them to come out and they did not even fix the problem and that they were going to charge us for them to come out again. They did show up on time, but that is not important when they didn't do the work.
Description of Work: They came out to fix our furnace and we paid $114.97. About an hour after he left, the same problem reoccurred.
