Great job. Followed up quickly on request for estimate and then completed work in a timely profesional manner.

The crew arrived early and stayed late to complete the removal of 3 large silver maple trees in our back yard. The men were very careful to minimize damage to our neighbor’s yard (used as an entry point) as I had requested. By the time they left everything had been cleaned up and the ground up stumps leveled. All interactions regarding my questions and concerns were polite and professional. The following morning 2 men returned with 2 new fence post and tools to replace posts they thought were broken the previous day. I informed them that the posts were not broken during their work and that they were not responsible. They still insisted on staying to dig out the old posts (encased in concrete) and replace them. In addition they rehung all the fence panels using new screws they had brought. By the time they left the fence looked perfect. A Cut Above Tree Service has surpassed my expectations. I will definitely refer friends and family to this company.

They returned my call the same day, came out for an estimate the next morning and started work the following morning. They finished, including grinding the stumps and removal of all debris, in two days. I was overall very impressed by, and pleased with, them. They managed to do no further damage to the house or anything on the ground. They were professional, friendly, hardworking, knowledgeable and skilled. I couldn't be more satisfied with them and the results.

These folks were very prompt and well trained. The worked carefully to preserve the other trees and themselves. The work was clean and quickly done. They cleaned up beautifully and took the logs and branches away. I am very, very pleased.

We bought this house in the Winter and were just waiting for Spring to arrive to get started. These trees had been a problem for years, causing the sidewalk and driveway to be heaved up badly. The whole process went great from start to finish. They called the night before and arrived on time the next day. Were approx five or so in the crew. Had a bucket truck, chipper, stump grinder, bob cat, brush hauler and truck to haul large trunk pieces away. I took photos throughout the day and can offer so share if needed. It was especially difficult to maneuver the truck into the back yard but they did a great job. They made sure to clean the surrounding area well when they were finished with rakes and a leaf blower. Highly impressed. Plans were to lift the sidewalk and grind the root and replace the sidewalk until the concrete guys can make it next month. Root has overgrown the sidewalk holding it down, like a clamp. Unfortunately, they'll have to come back but no problems. Said as soon as the concrete guys get the concrete removed, they'll be back to quickly remove the rest of the root! They were professional and worked in an organized manner throughout the day. Would recommend their services!
