Terrible - my upstairs bathroom was leaking into my downstairs bathroom and there was water damage downstairs. The gentleman showed up and spent a few moments looking at both bathrooms. He then told me the problem was my shower head upstairs - which was not the problem. When I asked for an estimate for repairs, he told me they did not do that kind of work, charged a service call fee and left. When I found a competent person, it was determined to be the caulking around the tub, nothing to do with the shower head. I was extremely disappointed and would never recommend Neff to anyone.

Installed the sink hardware but in the process the Plummer cracked the marble tile in the bathroom. When I pointed it out to the Plummer he told me he would notify the owners to settle. The same day the Neff Representative came to the house and agreed to have someone replace/fix the marble. After a week no phone call, so I started the phone calls to Neff to find out who and when they were arranging to have fix the marble. They told me they were making the arrangements and I would get a call within the week. Another week passes and still nothing. That's when I started calling about ever other day for the next 2 weeks until finally they made arrangements to repair the broken tile.

The workers from this company have always been prompt, respectful of my home, professional, and good at what they do.

They did an excellent job.
