Service was excellent. For the first time, I found a furnace person who did a thorough check and explained everything fully. Pete found several small things in need of attention and took care of them. Price was very reasonable. I'll be using Klacik in the future.

He was very professional and knowledgable. did not try to up-sale us to a new system, even though our unit is over 20 yrs old. He advised us on how to clean our unit and made adjustments as needed.. we will be getting an attic fan put in by this company in a month or so to help reduce our cooling costs. we will definitely use them in the future.

Naturally on one of the hottest days this summer, my AC decided to take a vacation. I have been using Klacik Heating and Cooling for about 5 years now and would never change. They are very responsive and arrived within a couple of hours. Pete takes the time to explain what the problem is and will also educate you on basic maintenance of your system. He is punctual and polite and I trust his recommendations. I never feel like he's jacking up the price or doing unnecessary work. He replaced a part in our unit and did basic maintenance.I had several questions about the flow of cooling in my home. My upstairs is much hotter than the 1st floor. He made some adjustments to my vents and my home is already much more comfortable. Klacik Heating and Cooling is truly an expemplary local business and I wish more businesses were like them!
