+ -1 moreWe had to get our mortgage company attorney and our own attorney to try to resolve the situation. The situation is still not resolved.
Description of Work: Signed a contract for the specific amount then kept up'ing the charges and tried to get the overages from us for work that was never authorized or signed off in by us. When questioned about it, he could not come up with substantiating documentation since we never authorized any extra work.
