Arrived on time. He went right to work. Took Jim about 3 hours. One of my toilets didn't come with the wax ring. He had one in his van. Charged me reasonably for it. There was a lot of packing and boxes from both new toilets. He cleaned as he went, and neatly stuffed the packing and smaller boxes in the big boxes.. I checked out both toilets. Firmly tightened, no wobbling. Both flushed properly. He didn't leave any mess in the bathroom. Really reasonably priced company. Will use them for all the plumbing things I won't do myself.

I call to have the basement leak evaluated. He said they would be there Monday afternoon as it was not an emergency. Showed up as promised. Looked over the problem. Said may not be one just the grade of the dirt against the house needs to raised. Charged $35 for the call. Fair and reasonable

If there was an A plus I would give it to this company. I called at 9 am Jay was here by 9:30, Was very professional , took him a While to fix the drain because the clog was so far in, but managed to unclog it, Cleaned up all him mess. I would highly recommend this company.

After promising to come out and diagnose the problem, was a no show after 1 week. Would prefer they just say up front they are not interested.

This is a great company. They are prompt, professional and courteous. I would NEVER call another company again.

I called Gettemy Drain Service and he was very polite and said he would come out the next morning. His employee was prompt and courteous and was there maybe a total of 20 minutes and unclogged the drain. He checked the drain in the basement, took it apart and ran a snake thru it and unclogged whatever was in there. It ran fine after that and has been working great ever since. If we ever have problems again, either at our rental or at our present home, we will call this company. Great service.
