Description of Work: They cleaned my carpets and then I ended up adding in cleaning two couches, two chairs and an ottoman. I did have an issue in that they did not put a tarp down when cleaning the hard wood floor and a puddle was left on the floor under the couch. I called Stanley steemer and was called back promptly. We confirm mo water damage and they credited my account the cost of one couch that wa gleaned which I felt was fair
