house cleaning
+ -1 moreI MET THE CLEANER AND SHE WAS ON TIME. SHE CLEANED AN EMPTY HOUSE FOR AN HOUR, PRIOR TO NEW OWNER MOVE IN. THE KITCHEN FLOOR LOOKED LIKE IT HAD BEEN CLEANED WITH DIRTY MOP WATER AND A FEW OTHER MINOR ISSUES. I CALLED THE OWNER TO COMPLAIN. SHE OFFERED TO MEET ME TO TAKE A LOOK. I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF MOVING AND UNABLE TO MEET HER BACK AT THE HOUSE. I ALSO USED THIS COMPANY FOR CARPET CLEANING. I WAS PLEASED WITH THIS SERVICE. I WAS NOT PLEASED WITH THE CLEANING SERVICE AND THE FACT THAT THE OWNER SENT A NEW EMPLOYEE TO THE HOUSE WITH NO FOLLOW UP ON JOB. I ASKED FOR A PARTIAL REFUND OF THE CLEANING CHARGE. THE OWNER WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL WITH ME. I HAVE LIVED IN THE COLUMBUS AREA FOR 12 YEARS AND USED MANY SERVICE PROVIDERS. I HAVE NEVER FELT THE NEED TO REPORT A COMPANY TO THE BBB, BUT I DID REPORT THIS COMPANY TO THE BBB WITH NO RESOLUTION.
Description of Work: CLEANED EMPTY HOUSE PRIOR TO MOVE.

+ -1 moreTHEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND DID A GOOD JOB. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK. I WAS REFERRED BY A FRIEND AND SHE WAS PLEASED ALSO.
Description of Work: THEY CAME IN AND CLEANED THOROUGHLY TOP TO BOTTOM. I HAVE A FOUR BEDROOM, 2 1/2 BATH HOME. THEY DUSTED, SWEPT AND WASHED WINDOWS.
