 + -1 moreSam is a professional and I am confident in his performance and service. Sam does not have much tolerance for changes in schedules, dates, times. I had a couple of instances that required that I reschedule a service time. Sam's attitude was that I caused him a terrible inconvenience. There are many service suppliers of this type. I do not need to deal with one that is intolerant of the customer.
Description of Work: Bi-annual household bug spray. Service date is a broad estimate.

 + -1 moreI have been impressed with the amount of time and effort that he takes to reach every area and to do the job right, and the results have been very effective. I've had several other companies in the past come out to exterminate for bugs...they charged me more money, stayed maybe 15 minutes to treat my property, and did very little to help my spider and flying insects problems beyond the first few days after they sprayed. I trust Sam to enter my home when I'm not around and I will continue to use him on a quarterly basis and as special situations arise.
Description of Work: I hired Sam when I moved into my new home about 1 1/2 years ago. He spent 2-3 hours here during his first visit covering the interior and exterior, since my home in the country was vacant for quite some time before I purchased it. He now comes quarterly and charges me $107 for a 2,700 square feet home. He has exterminated for both bugs and mice, in addition to carpenter bees on the exterior.
