Vents clean yes... worker unplugged my sump pump and forgot to plug it back in causing a flood to my basement within 24hrs after he left. Call the company and they took absolutely no responsibility. Just said "He said he didn't do ma'am ". Don't use this company.

Two workers showed up on time and completed the job they were hired to do. Make sure when you call the office to set up the appointment that you get a complete description of what they can or will do. I hired them to clean all trunk lines in my newly acquired condo, and they did, but when they got to my home, they asked if I wanted to have them clean the furnace blower motor (which is generally not part of a seasonal furnace check) and the dryer vents (which run 25 ft in my condo). These items cost an additional fee, and I prefer to think about purchases ahead of time. I did have them perform the two additional services, and I am glad they did because the dryer vent was almost totally clogged.

I was schedule for one day. They did not arrive and I called. I was told they had gotten behind and ask to reschedule. The next day the came punctually. The men who came went straight to work. No problem, tell tell will be n winter when furnace is turned on. Although I did see lots of dust on the return vent prior to the cleaning.

The quality of the work was great, and the price was very competitive, but the workers were sloppy - they showed little to no regard for our personal items when removing vents for cleaning. For example, one gentleman removed a vent cover and just dropped it on top of our dresser, leaving the items on top covered in plaster dust. Another stood on one of our beds with his work boots on, leaving dusty footprints on our bedding. Additionally, vent covers were not returned to their previous state after being cleaned (e.g., forgot to put one back on, others were closed instead of open). We called to let the company know of our experiences, and though the gentleman we spoke to didn't seem too surprised once he learned our technician's name, no compensation was offered.

I bought a groupon with this company. The vehicle that pulled up was a white cargo can with darkened windows, 30 day tags, and bald tires. When I opened the door, three men stood before me, looking very unprofessional. They wore very baggy jeans, oversized T-shirts with a small company logo, and covered in tattoos - they honestly looked like they stereotypically just stepped out of prison. I kept a close eye on them and they cleaned all the ducts upstairs - my daughter needed my assistance with something so I stepped out of the room, and they went down to the basement. I honestly don't think they bothered to clean each duct downstairs as 5 minutes later they were done (we have 5 ducts and ac unit downstairs). I also noticed a pair of misplaced underwear, which I know for certain wasn't there before. The only reason I don't give them an F is because they cleaned most of my air ducts. I did call the manager to complain, but a week later, he's never returned my call.

I had a deposit counted out the night before, I lefted it on the counter. When I went to the bank yesterday, I noticed that it was feeling kind of light. Then I realized that my deposit was a total of $320 short. Before I assumed the workers of taking it, I look all around first and wasn't able to find. But I did notice that my deposit bag was moved. Along with that, they were not on time for the service, they called me two hours after they were scheduled to show up for the work. And I should've been leery as far as with this company, on their invoice, they only have the name of the company and a telephone number, with no address.
