Had ceiling fan control module burnt up. Arrived at the scheduled time even called ahead to make sure nothing had changed. Very professional makes sure it is done correctly, and spends the extra time to make sure everything works correctly after installation. When switch and module was installed noticed the fan was also being controlled by switch in bedroom. He made sure everything was working correctly before leaving. Would highly recommend and will use in future for any electrical needs.

Sheridan was great. He was quick to respond to an inquiry I had placed out on a web-service that assists with finding businesses who specialize in home repair projects. He proposed a time and date to come and estimate the projects which was within a few days of his initial response. He showed up on time and proceeded to walk through each project with me. He estimated the projects on the spot and stated that if I accepted the estimate that he could proceed with the work immediately. I was elated! Sheridan also went to the hardware store to purchase a replacement fixture and a replacement dimmer switch (from the previous person who'd attempted the work had broken them both). I felt that Sheridan went above the call of duty in his willingness to procure these items. He did not charge by the hour, he stated, and he had the time to do so; I was ever thankful. I paid him the purchase price on top of the other work to reimburse him his expense at the hardware store. Sheridan was friendly and provided advice as far as electrical work is concerned. I would and will use his services again.

Sheridan is a pleasure to work with. He is very professional and punctual. attentively and patiently listens to his customers. He completed every action requested. As a matter of fact, Sheridan exceeded all my expectations. He left my house in a much better condition than before he came. His attention to detail was great. The job went very well. Mr. Smith arrived promptly as scheduled to spec the job and to do the work. He worked very hard when he was here and did the least possible damage to our house. He used top quality materials. The final cost was $800 less than the quote we had from Ed Green Electric in Logan, Ohio.

Arrived on time and reviewed the problem. Then explained how to fix the problem and gave me a price for the work. I was pleased with the price and gave he the OK. The work was performed in an excellent manner and was explained in terms I could understand. If needed, I would use this company again and would recommend their service to anyone.

We contacted Mr. Smith with concerns about our electric panel and to install a bypass system in case the electric went out. He came to our home the very next day and reviewed what needed to be done to make our 40 year home safe. Turns out we needed a new electric panel and also the electric lines replaced outside. He ordered parts and would schedule the work when the parts came in. In the meantime on a Saturday the electric went out in one section of our home. We contacted Mr. Smith that day and he come out to make the vital repairs. I don?t know of too many companies that could come out within a few hours of a service call. He made our home as safe as possible until the new panel arrived. The installation of the new panel and outside lines were completed in one day. Once the new panel was installed there were other problems with the electric that had nothing to do with the installation. He repaired the additional problems and everything has been perfect since. Both Mr. Smith and his associate Chris were very professional yet personable. He took the time to explain everything that needed to be done and suggested some additional safety features which we approved. It?s nice to know that there is a service person I can trust and know everything will be done right. Should I ever need additional electrical work he will be the person I call. I can?t thank him enough for all he?s done.

Sheridan came on short notice and after hours to restore power to our home on a frigid night. Sheridan told me his plan up front and worked very efficiently to restore safe electrical power to our home. He serviced the main electrical panel and reestablishing our negative to our service panel, making it safe to turn our electric back on. Sheridan worked up to midnight to ensure the job was complete. He was more than fair on his pricing for the service and made suggestions on other safety items to address for our home in the near future. Sheridan did an outstanding job installing our Generac generator. I would highly recommend him and will use him again for future electrical needs. He electrical skills and attention to detail are exemplary. Additionally, he has fantastic working relationships with both contractors and utility companies which made the installation process seamless. Furthermore, I truly appreciate and value his service after the sale. In October, I noticed my generator's was not working and it's red light was on. I e-mailed Sheridan the evening I noticed the malfunction and the very next day, he came out, diagnosed the problem, fixed the problem, and serviced the generator for the upcoming winter months free of charge, as included in my warranty. I don't mind paying a little more, when I receive that kind of fast and effective service. Overall, Mr. Electric of Fairfield County is an excellent service provider that I recommend.

The service turned out fine. They did what they said they were going to do.

Sheridan came over at the scheduled time and within a short period of time, diagnosed the issue and had everything fixed. It turned out to be a lose neutral wire in a junction box in our attic. Could have been a fire hazard. Great service, friendly and his costs I feel are competative in the market place.

The work we initially hired him for was done very well. We were having other construction work done on our house at the same time Sheridan came to fix the lighting. We called him back a few days later and with short notice and he came right away to take care of some electrical wiring that was needed in a wall that was being replaced. The day after, I was attempting to use the outlet in the bathroom and the circuit blew. I tried to reset the breaker and it didn't work. I contacted Sheridan on his cell phone and he came right away and didn't charge me for the service call. The problem wasn't related to the work he had done but instead of due to an electrical line getting wet when it rained and due other construction we were having done. This was also done at no charge.

Sheridan was very professional and punctual. He provided great detail about the job he was doing, was very well mannered and easy to get along with. I felt very comfortable with his explanation of the jobs before he had started them, and feel he did a very good job once everything was finished. We will definitely plan on using him again in the future when we have more jobs to do!

He was very nice, very informative and very professional. He told us that the light fixture we thought we were going to have to replace did not need to be replaced it simply needed to be cleaned at the base of the electrical contact. Very nice and very honest.

Sheridan arrived within 30 minutes of notifying me he was en route. We discussed what troubleshooting steps I had taken on my own and where I was stuck. Within 30 minutes he had the problem diagnosed and fixed. Sheridan took the time to explain what steps he had taken and where he found the issue (in a smoke detector on the 1st floor of all places). We were unable to complete the job. My house was a lot more complicated than what the deal was able to cover. We mutually agreed to not do the work. But he was good to work with.

He took the time to do digging and testing to find out what needed to be done to fix the problem. He was probably there for three hours. He also identified an unsafe situation that a previous contractor had left when he did some work and talked to the contractor to explain what needed to be redone and why. Went out of his way to make sure I understood everything that needed to be done and gave me an estimate on the spot as to what needed done and when it could be completed - I was on his schedule within 6 days.

Through no fault of Mr Electric - we had to change the appt time 3 times. (The light did not come in when it was promised - then the light got lost by Postal Service and so we had to order another light). They were always pleasant when we had to cancel and reschedule and did come promptly on the appointed day. The light looks great and he solved the problem of the light sensor that we had on the other pole by changing it to a timer that we could regulate in the house. We were very happy

OUTSTANDING!!! Took time to go over everything he was going to do for us - and then went above and beyond what anyone would do --- He spent over 4 hours at our house and is someone we will for use in the future!!

This provider was professional throughout the entire experience, from the first phone call to the appointment. My requests were not urgent (we just needed to have an outlet fixed in the bedroom and a light switch fixed in the living room), so we made an appointment for the week following my call. The electrician arrived promptly at the appointed time and easily determined the issue in both cases and fixed the problems. He was very efficient and completed the job in less than 90 minutes. We will definitely call him again if we need electrical work done in the future.
