Over a 2 week period, I called Klamfoth 4 times. Twice I left messages explaining what I wanted done, and requested a return call, and twice I talked with a woman and gave her same information. I was told someone would call me. No one ever bothered to contact me.

The workers parked large trucks and trailers in the street that, on many occasions, over several months time precluded me from being able to get my car out of my garage. Additionally, it made for difficult movement of traffic on the street. Frequent request to the workers and to the property owner to stop and/or alter this practice generally fell on deaf ears.The last time I confronted the Klamfoth workers about moving their equipment, one of the workers replied back to me with a profane, obscene remark to and about me.Anyone thinking about using the services of this company might think twice if you hope to maintain good relations with your neighbors; especially in close proximity city areas.

I had a good experience. The quality was good. They were very thorough, and once they started, they kept going until they finished.

As a very satisfied previous customer, I asked Klamfoth for a bid on a small project on my front porch. After receiving an initial phone call, promising a proposal, I hear nothing. I waited over a month and began calling/emailing the salesman who had returned my initial call. No response. Today, I receive an email, telling me they cannot get to my project this season because they are so, so, so busy with other customers and that they would be happy to accommodate me in the spring. Nothing drives me crazier than bad customer service. I spent a lot of money with this company on our first project, and lauded them to all who would listen. That they sat on their promise to give me a bid for over a month is annoying enough, but now, they've waited so far into the fall season that I will never be able to get one of their competitors to do it for me. That just stinks. I am so disappointed.

Had landscape designer Rob come out to look at and give ideas to fix my backyard landscaping. Once I was given the estimate I had a few questions before I wanted work to begin. Rob answered my questions, but not in a timely manner. It was over a couple week period. Finally, after I got my questions answered I called him to schedule a date to do the work and he never called me back. Would not recommend.

Klamfoth Inc's prices are reasonable. They are very reliable and they do a good job which counts for a lot. Their customer service, quality, professionalism, and communication are excellent.

Year after year, they have always done a great job.

We have used them several times. Their customer service is good. Their response time to get back to you is really good. Their pricing is very competitive. They are prompt and great. We would continue to use them again in the future too.

It turned out great and we were really happy with the work but during the winter, the ice and snow caused some damages with the work. They now are in the process of fixing the damages for free, with no additional charges. They have a wonderful work team. Their sales person, Rob, is great and was very helpful with us, as well as very honest with the work. Their workers are very impressive and are very hardworking. We are thrilled with them.

We are very pleased with them and plan on using them in the future. I would recommend them to other.

It went well. The representative came out as scheduled and then sent a detailed estimate which was much less expensive than the other two estimates even though it was using the same materials.

They are honest and do very good work. They are reliable and I will continue to use their services.

August 2007, contacted Klamfoth to aerate whole lawn, fill in low areas of front and side lawn. Beginning of September Klamfoth came out, aerated front and back lawn, slit seeded some areas of front and side yard, filled in a few low spots in front yard. Some areas were missed. Contacted Scott concerning areas missed. Scott said he would take care of areas missed. After not showing up and numerous phone calls by the end of October, Scott said he would put us on the schedule for spring of 2008. I started calling in early March to find exactly when we were on their schedule. Again, after may phone calls and messages, I was told we were on their schedule, could never get anyone to commit to a date. After many many phone calls, I finally was so frustrated I sent Scott an email and received a phone call. Now it's May, we had to go over what was missed last fall. Scott finally admitted he did not bring enough materials to complete the job in the beginning. He made another appointment to come out and mark the areas of our lawn that were missed, he showed up an hour and a half late and unprepared. My husband had some small flags that marked telephone lines, Scott put them all over our front lawn, again a couple more weeks passed. We needed to cut our lawn, it was Memorial Day, we had to pull the flags up to cut the grass. Contacted Scott again to come out and re-mark the areas that were to be repaired. When he did come out, it is now June, we were so frustrated and disappointed we fired Klamfoth.

The service they provide is good; I will continue to use them for all my landscaping needs.

Assistant (Jose') was hard working, careful and attentive to detail. We were seriously worried about the scope and length of this project, but Paul and Jose did a great job! Rob (sales rep.) visited the site most days to check-in and to provide any necessary information. The Klamfoth team took care to make our neighbors feel better about the interruption to their lives given the use of heavy equipment and damage to the grass on the property line. Met with me promptly on 3/28. No proposal ever provided for a $15,000 to $25,000 project. Called on 4/13, 4/23, 5/6, and 5/15 and either got no response or just need another week.

OVERALL PLEASED WITH THE EXPERIENCE AND I WILL USE THEM AGAIN. IN MY SEARCH FOR SOMEONE WILLING TO DO THIS WORK, AND WHO ALSO HAD THE RIGHT EQUIPMENT, THEY CAME THROUGH AND THE WORK WAS PERFORMED TO MY SATISFACTION.

I CALLED AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE OUT THE NEXT DAY. THEY DID NOT COME. A WEEK LATER THEY CALLED AND LEFT A MESSAGE FOR ME TO CALL THEM, BUT I HAD ALREADY HIRED SOMEONE ELSE.
