They arrived punctually. They appeared neat and were friendly. They hooked up the softener into the existing plumbing. They do very nice work and always leave a tidy area. They have worked for us previously.

They came the next day after the call; not only did they change the filter and sanitize the system, but they showed me how to do it myself to save money in the future.

Excellent. Honesty, forthrightness. They did not try to sell any product or fabricate bigger problems than we actually had. No dislikes at this time, although if lots of labor were required, I thought $69/quarter hour sounded steep. I would recommend the company.

Excellent system and worth every penny, it will save money in the long run. The system is very small and compact. Sales and service are very professional and knew their product well.

Though the price of this system does offer a little "sticker shock", my overall experience with Kenetico was fine. Paul, the sales rep was on time for his presentation, and came back a second time to answer additional questions. There was no hard-sell, unlike other companies. Installation was within 2 days of signing the contract. The installer arrived on time and was neat, clean and organized for the install. The entire installation took about 4 hours with little to no mess. The only issue with the install was that the faucet for the drinking water system was not the color ordered. There was a communication error in the office. A chrome faucet was installed and replaced with the correct (white) faucet within a week. The office staff could have been a little more flexible with scheduling the return trip, considering it was their error. But I was given a 2 hour window and a 30-minute call ahead. I would recommend the system. The water is noticeably different.

For former city slickers recently relocated to the country, turning our well water into ''city-fied'' water was of paramount importance. Everything about the Kinetico experience was great from start to finish. The sales rep, Jack Boyer, is very knowledgeable as well as personable. He spent much time explaining the system to us. The installer did a thorough job and even made some additional plumbing connections that were not a part of the contract. Even though this system was by far the priciest, we are extremely pleased with the quality of our well water now. It has completely eliminated the sulfur smell and the slime we'd find in the bottom of the dog's water dish or on the inside of the toilet tank. Best of all, there are no longer iron stains on our appliances or on the laundry!

WE HAD RENTED FROM THEM AND WE DECIDED TO PURCHASE THE SYSTEM.

I AM SATISFIED WITH THE WATER QUALITY. THE TECHNICIAN WHO INSTALLED THE SOFTENER AND THE PIPES WAS A BIT DIRTY. HE USED DIRTY HANDS TO PACK IN SALT. I WOULD HAVE LIKED MORE CONSCIENTIOUSNESS. HE WORKED SO QUICKLY THAT IT WAS TOO LATE TO SAY ANYTHING. SEVERAL MONTHS LATER, THE SYSTEM STARTED LEAKING. THEY SENT OUT A REPAIR MAN WHO POINTED OUT THAT HIS PARTNER HAD NOT TIGHTENED THE JOINTS PROPERLY. BECAUSE IT WAS MORE THAN 30 DAYS, THEY CHARGED ME FOR THE REPAIR, BUT AT A DISCOUNTED RATE. I WOULD RECOMMEND COMPARISON SHOPPING.

THE INSTALLER WAS ON TIME AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. SHOWED US HOW TO WORK THE NEW SYSTEM. WE HAD TO HAVE REVERSE OSMOSIS SYSTEM INSTALLED THRU OUR REFRIGERATOR DUE TO A LIMITED AMOUNT OF COUNTER SPACE AT THE SINK. SINCE WE PAID FOR A SPECIAL FAUCET AND WERE NOT ABLE TO USE IT, THE INSTALLER OFFERED AND GAVE US EXTRA FILTERS FOR ALL PARTS OF THE SYSTEM.

THIS IS THE SECOND SYSTEM WE HAVE PURCHASED FROM BRETT MCCONNAUGHEY. (WE SOLD THE OTHER HOUSE.) I COULDN'T WAIT TO HAVE MY KINETICO AGAIN. EVEN THE DOG NOTICED THE DIFFERENCE IN THE ICE CUBES UNTIL WE HAD IT INSTALLED.

A+++ SERVICE! PATSY EASTON WAS TRUTHFUL IN CHECKING OUR WATER AND RECOMMENDATIONS TO CORRECT THE HARD WELL WATER. NO HARD-PRESSURE TACTICS, IN FACT, SHE''S CALLED ME A COUPLE TIMES SINCE THE INSTALL TO SEE IF I''M STILL PLEASED WITH THE KINETICO! THEIR INSTALLER, DARREN, IS FANTASTIC! HE WORKS DILIGENTLY, ARRIVED ON TIME, CLEANED UP AND REMOVED OLD HOLDING TANK AND SOFTENER AND HE EVEN HAD TO REWIRE A PLUG MY CONTRACTOR MIS-WIRED! I''D HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!!

SINCE I HAVE HAD THIS TWO TANK SYSTEM I WOULD NEVER GO TO ANOTHER BRAND.
