What a wonderful experience! Our sunroom was on schedule and the project manager was always updating me on the progress. Our sunroom is the envy of the neighborhood, and we use it all the time. We went with a composite deck, and it’s also perfect. The guys really cared about their craftsmanship, and it showed. We will use JSB again, and our money was well-spent.

We did a complete remodel of our master bath and were very happy with the result. Rob was our project manager and he was excellent to work with. He was very responsive to any of our calls or requests. All of the individuals that worked on our project were very professional and easy to work with. Everyone seemed to go above the call of duty to make sure we were happy with the results. We would definitely use JSB again for future projects.

If you want to have a good laugh, give these people a call. They sent a mailer out offering a discount. Since I had a project coming up, I gave them a call and scheduled an appointment. Day of appointment, I get a call an hour before scheduled time. The rep got it wrong and asked if I might be able to meet earlier. Since I work nearby and had yet to take lunch, it was fine. And here's where it gets fun. I arrive and their rep Dylan was very appreciative of my flexibility. Okay. My house is a renovated Victorian in Merion Village. Dylan asks if I know of JSB and I say no. I had done some research online and knew they were more high end. He explains that JSB used to be exclusively high end but recently took a new course to focus on the other 85% of homeowners who need renovations. mmmmm-okay...I guess that must mean me even though this person knows nothing about income or net worth. So we head to the bathroom. I explain what I want done - take out linen closet, take out bath fitter style tub for tile shower and swap shower head plumbing from right to left side of bath. Here is what I am told - paraphrasing - normally bathroom renovations cost between $18-25k. (not true in Columbus), a 60" vanity will cost upwards of $7.5k (yikes!). And moving the shower plumbing? Well, JSB actually does not have any plumbers (for a kitchen and bathroom remodel company?!). Yowza. I was told that I would receive a quote for the work I wanted done. Quote never came. Look, if all you want to do is do work in Dublin, UA and Bexley, god bless ya and have at it - yes Westerville people, you are too poor. But what the heck are these people up to? Talking down to the "poor" people with a bunch of bull and having no intention to be serious. Why even bother making appointments? It's a pack of silliness. So good luck if you call on these people!

Thoroughly disgusted. We saw this company at the home show. They insisted there that both myself and my wife be present when they estimated the job. We explained that that was not possible and that my wife is the decision maker for this job in any event. They set up an appointment. However, upon confirming it the morning of the appointment, they refused to estimate the job unless we both were present. Of course that means that the "estimate" was really a high pressure sales pitch which we are not interested in. We've been there with companies like this and done it before. My wife is completely capable of making choices that I will agree with, and that was made known to this company at the home show. Definitely unprofessional, and if you are having them come out to estimate a job, make certain that you have all defenses up!

Excellent work. Was given a detailed written plan as to what would be done, start date, time to complete project and payment due dates. Several plumbing issues were discovered and repaired during project. Project manager made periodic checks on progress, and consulted us if any questions arose. Would use again for any future home remodeling projects. lifetime warranty on work that was done.

took longer than originally suggested. , but the workers were nice and respectful and we really love the outcome! the price was a little high and I wish I could of gotten more room for less money.

We are in the process of their service right now. It’s going fine. I would recommend them. They haven’t started yet. They gave a quote of $13,000. They responded quickly. They will start sometime in October. From what I see I would use them again, but I won’t be sure until after the work is done.

We are planning a major concrete project that involves replacing our driveway, walkway, and patio. We have the concrete contractor on board and had planned on having this company,(JSB)install a 3season/screen room for us and wanted to know what their criteria was for installing on a concrete patio as we did not want to have any problems in the future. They sent out Mr. Bob Watson out to meet with us on 7/1/17@11:00am. My wife was unavailable to meet with him so I did so alone. We discussed our needs but he could not give me any hard numbers at that point and told me that he would go back to his office and crunch some numbers and we would have to meet again, this time he was insistent that my wife be present. We scheduled the next meeting for two weeks to the day and time, 7/15/17 @11:00 am. We have been on vacation all this past week and were home. We did not hear from them until this morning around 9;20 we received a text message from them stating that they had been trying to contact us to confirm today's meeting. We have an answering machine and no one called us once this past week to at least leave a message. I called them back immediately to confirm the appointment and their phone just rang and rang. I left a voice mail to call us to confirm our appointment and they didn't have the decency to return our call, so just so they know they lost a potential customer and I will gladly spread the word about our experience. Remember JSB, you work for the customer, not the other way around.

Overall, it went well. The job took longer than it should have, due to project management issues at JSB. Their craftsmen were professional and prompt and very consultative; the quality of their work was high . The Amish craftsmen who refaced the cabinets and built the bookcase were, in a word, spectacular. JSB general management did their utmost to address our concerns about project time delays and to see that the project was completed to our complete satisfaction. Used JS Brown in 1991 to build a new 400 Sq Ft four season family room. Used them again in 2000 to gut and remodel an upstairs bathroom, with new Jacuzzi. I was pleased with their work both times. I would use them again. I highly recommend that you consider them for similar work you are planning.

I would recommend never to do business with this company because of the rude demeanor of its employees and the deceitful conduct of business. Also TWICE EXPENSIVE compared to other companies!!! Approximate estimate: $50000.0

We discovered JSB Home Solutions through the Home and Garden Show in Columbus, OH. We invited them and 4 others to come out to our home and provide an estimate to convert our deck into a raised sunroom. He arrived at our home dressed as we expected, well-groomed, and spoke and acted as a professional. In other words, nothing out of the ordinary. What impressed us was not so much the pitch itself, which was well formatted, supported by samples and portfolio, and backed by a knowledgeable salesman, but the professional manner in which it was delivered. As I just stated, he told us basically what they could deliver, the background on it such as manufacturing and brief history, and why he believed they were the right choice; and he did it without saying one negative thing about any competitor. At the time, that rocket JSB to the top of the list. The first contractor we had spent nearly a quarter of his time talking down the competition; basically saying that "no one does it this way", "no one has an offer like this", and a few others. First of all, that first salesman needs to talk to JSB because JSB did do things "that way" and they did "have an offer like that". Better yet, JSB came in at nearly half of the first company. Let that be a lesson to you salespeople out there. Want to make a sale? Want to get on your potential customer's good side? Tell them what you can do for them. Don't presume to tell them what your competitor can't do for them. Few things will turn off your potential client faster than trashing the competition. Let that be a lesson to you sales people out there. If want the sale, if you want to impressed your potential client, tell them what you can offer them and really sell it. If you spend your time telling people "our competition doesn't do it that way", or, "our competitor can't make this offer", among others, you've only given them a reason to not use the competition but you haven't convinced them why they should buy from you. Not to mention, these tactics could very well lead to legal implications; slander and libel don't work well in any industry. But as I was saying, JSB didn't do that. The salesman's pitch was entirely positive, focused on his company and our needs, and nothing more. When the salesman left our home, we told him we were waiting on another estimate still. About 3-4 weeks later, we got a call from the salesman to see what our thought were. Score a big one for JSB Home Solutions, LOW PRESSURE SALES. I can't stand high pressure sales. In fact, that cost another one of the companies an opportunity. Do not call me daily, starting two days after your visit, to see if we'll choose you. Lowest price or not, you just pressured yourself right out of a sales. Reiterating, The JSB salesman engaged in low pressures salesmanship which made the paring down process a bit easier. Our first goal was to get it down to two and JSB was a shoe-in to make the cut. When all was said an done, we decided to choose another contractor to do the job. But I want to let it be known that it wasn't due to anything negative on JSB's behalf. The experience with the salesman was entirely positive. In fact, should we ever get bids to do another major project, JSB will be one of the first ones on our list to call. And to anyone out there looking to build a sunroom or other such project, I would recommend giving JSB Home Solutions a call and see what they can offer you. Thanks, JSB. I wish I could remember the salesman's name to give credit where it is due, but it was almost a year ago now and I lost his card.

I visited the showroom and made an appointment for possible kitchen remodel in early November 2015. A representative came to my home on time and we discussed options. I then waited for a call to discuss pricing and options. After the holidays I called the office and to ask about my earlier appointment and what the cost might be. I was instructed to call the representative that had visited my home and they seemed surprised that he did not call me. I made an appointment with the representative to visit my home but I had an emergency at the last minute and had to cancel,. I explained that I would like to reschedule but that depending on traffic I may need a couple a minutes either way of the appointment time since I would be coming from work. A person called from the office and the appointment was scheduled for 6:15 pm. I pulled into my driveway at 6:16 and no one was at my home. Since I had not received a phone call I thought that they may too been stuck in traffic. I waited 10 minutes to call and ask where the representative was. He stated the he waited until 6:18 and left. Since I pulled into the driveway at 6:16 that is impossible. He then went on to try to blame me for the entire situation. If this is the way that they handle appointments it scares me to think of how they handle their work.

The JSB Home Solutions team, Bryan Knopp, Andy Howard, and Steve Price, represented the company in a very positive light. As a matter of fact, I was impressed with every worker involved during the construction period. Steve, Bryan, and I met before construction started to go over every detail ...everything from the trim around the deck to how the roof would connect to the house. They were very patience and answered my many questions as I considered every option. As the project commenced I had more interaction with Andy ... he was also very professional and friendly. He kept me updated on the progression of the project and when there was any down time waiting for City Building Code Inspectors. It was important to me that my 3 cats had easy access to the new screened area. Andy was kind enough in helping me find a pet door that was just the right size for my enormous cat. As you can tell, I had a wonderful experience! No surprises, no unsolved issues and I got exactly what I was hoping for ... a space to be enjoyed by me, my family, friends, and 3 cats. If I have any more home projects I will use JSB Home Solutions.

Mr. Golich never followed up with us after the first meeting and did not reply to the two follow up emails I sent him. Overall grade is F for lack of response and professionalism.

We were extremely pleased with the overall job. The process began in January 2015 when we met with the General Manager for JSB Home Solutions at the office in Canal Winchester. At that time, we provided an outline of our needs. Soon after, he visited our home and subsequently provided us with a detailed quote. In addition, he continued to work with us throughout the process, as needed. As with any home improvement project, there were a few minor ?hiccups." For example, the plumber contracted to relocate the shower supplies, valve and drain did not arrive on the specified day. However, whenever a ?hiccup? occurred, we simply contacted the Production Manager or the General Manager and the issue was quickly resolved. In addition, the company allowed us to enjoy the completed bathroom for about a week before making the final payment in April 2015. This allowed us to make certain everything was truly in working order. We believe that the true test of a good remodel is if the homeowner continues to be happy with the product long after the project is completed?. and we definitely are enjoying the new bathroom every day.

We couldn't have asked for a better experience for our kitchen remodel. Over the past 3-4 years, we have been searching for someone to give our 20 year old kitchen a face lift and never felt comfortable with any other contractors. We met with Paul at the end of December, discussed the scope of work and left with the feeling that this was the place to go. Paul did not pressure us to make a decision immediately and to take our time to think it over. Once the contract was signed, and the finishes picked out, our remodel was scheduled for early March.The employees of JSB Home Solutions were all friendly, answered questions and truly respected our home. We were kept informed of when things would be happening, and I would come home from work most evenings to find yet another portion completed. The finishes are top quality and the workmanship of every contractor used by JSB exceeded our expectations. Every contractor was courteous, on time and always had time to answer questions or address any concerns. I cannot say enough about the quality of the finishes or workmanship by these contractors. We couldn't be happier with our up-to-date kitchen - it looks like something out of a magazine or seen on HGTV. I would highly recommend JSB Home Solutions!!!!

They were punctual and did an excellent overall job.

I would give them a 10. Their quality was outstanding, and we liked the guys attention to detail. Everything was done perfectly, and he was really concerned about getting it perfect. I would highly recommend them. There was a misunderstanding about a little V shaped step we wanted put in the shower, and they responded immediately, and did it right away.
