Description of Work: I had Mr. Williams inspect my home prior to putting it on the market. He was very punctual and responsive. He also checked the work of another contractor and I was able to go to the contractor and tell them the job they did wasn't sufficient. His inspection report was thorough and delivered promptly. He is knowledgable and takes pride in his work.

 + -1 moreDale Williams inspected our new home for us this past week. He came highly recommended to us by our realtor, as well as good reports on here. Dale was very friendly and professional. He was very thorough in his inspection of the home and gave us a lot of useful information. His written report was also very thorough and included pictures of any areas he was concerned about based on his inspection. We had a great experience with Dale and definitely recommend him to anyone needing a home inspection.
