Description of Work: I enjoyed working with Brad. He came out to the house with many samples and great advice. He was punctual and friendly. I ordered 10 cellular blinds and two cellular sliding door curtains. I chose brand names that were of medium quality rather than the most expensive brands. Brad installed them professionally and showed me how everything worked. He followed up with a card of thanks. All good. | |I had a problem with his responsiveness after the sale. He was going to mail me a small part that was missing at the installation. I never got it, but so far the affected blind has behaved ok. Then in December 2013, a guide string on one of the cellular sliding door curtains broke and I called him to ask how to get it repaired. He said that since he was the manufacturer's local representative, he would call me back to set up the repair. He mentioned that the repair was difficult. He has never called back. | |So now I have a sliding door blind that looks ok when closed, but bad when open. And I'm wondering how long it will be before the other similar blind breaks. I think I will be going back to simple, less expensive blinds when that time comes.

Description of Work: I purchased Duette Architella HoneyComb Blinds for several of my windows and faux wood blinds for others.

Description of Work: We needed window treatments for an office/sunroom that has windows where the sun is bright during certain times of the day and glares on the computer screens. We wanted to keep the brightness of the sunroom look while being able to use the room anytime. Brad brought samples of blinds to the house, assisted in determining what would work best in the room, measured the windows, ordered the blinds, delivered and installed them all within 2 weeks from our initial contact.
