Epic Septic

We were able to get ahold of them late at night. My system had backed up into our drains in the house. Not only did he walk us through how to clear the clog in the septic tank he was here first thing in the morning to do the clean out.

I couldn't be happier with the quality of service I received today from Suburban Sanitation out of Canal Winchester! Through a HomeAdvisor search I was contacted quickly by Becky who was courteous and helpful and got me set up for same day service. I have only had a septic system for a few years and had no idea what to do when the lift station high water alarm started going off last night. Joe (owner) was very thorough and checked out all the components to the system and even reached out to the person who originally installed it to get more information about the pump. They thought I was going to need a new pump but Joe had a feeling there was something else going on. Joe and Keith worked diligently to pull the stubborn pump out and found a plastic foreign object that had come off the tank itself plugging the pump hole. After removing that the pump worked fine! I also had the septic tank cleaned and was pleased with their hard work. They are very reasonably priced and on top of that Joe and Keith were personable, patient, and willing to share their knowledge. As long as Joe is in business I will be a loyal customer! I highly recommend this company!

From the call I made to schedule the service to the service itself, I can't say enough about the quality of service! Becky kept in touch with me about the schedule and Joe and Keith worked very hard in the heat of the day to teach me about the septic system that I know nothing about, with a smile and a positive attitude. The cost was typical and they checked every issue and answered every question I had. I highly recommend them and their service to anyone! Just overall good guys!
