This was a disaster, the price was way too high but agreed to it only because Doug assured me he could meet my timeline. This was important because the bathroom was the only one in the house and my wife was 7 months pregnant. The timeline of 1 week came and went and the project took closer to 3 weeks. Had I known it was going to take this long I would have done it myself. The quality of work was amateur at best and when I sent him a list of things I would like remedied I never heard from him again. When it came time for final payment he had a list of items he wanted reimbursement for. When I went through the list with him there were countless items that were not even associated with my project. I refused to pay the final $500 until the issues were fixed. I had to even go out and buy more materials because he screwed up the ones I had already bought. The last straw was his two workers stopped by a couple times demanding their money from me because they said Doug didn't pay them. Do yourself a favor and hire real professionals instead of this clown.

It went very well. We were given a detailed estimate for two properties we wanted to buy. We did not use the company because the estimate was way over priced. We paid the same amount he quoted us and got much more bang for our buck. I would shop around after you get a quote from this company. The people who work here were very nice and professional. We worked with Doug Patterson.
