 + -1 moreI WOULD RECOMMEND THEIR WORK. AT FIRST SIGHT I WAS WORRIED ABOUT WHAT TYPE OF JOB THEY WOULD DO, BUT I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED AT THE RESULTS. I WAS ESPECIALLY HAPPY WITH THE MATCHING BRICK. I BELIEVE THEY WANTED TO DO A GOOD JOB.
Description of Work: THEY REBUILT THE CHIMNEY FROM THE ROOFLINE UP. THEY ALSO REPLACED SOME OF THE BRICKS ON THE EXISTING CHIMNEY THAT HAD DETERIORATED OVER THE YEARS. THEY EVEN REPLACED A FEW BRICKS ON THE FRONT OF THE HOUSE.

 + -1 moreTHEY HAD INITIALLY DONE THE REPAIR. THE TECHNICIAN WHO DID THE WORK INITIALLY IS NO LONGER WITH THE COMPANY. I WAS EXTREMELY PLEASED THAT THEY TOOK CARE OF IT NO QUESTIONS ASKED. THEY SAID THEY WOULD MAKE IT RIGHT AND THEY DID. THE OWNER IS THE ONE WHO DID THE WORK. A+++!!!
Description of Work: THEY WERE ABLE TO REPAIR THE STACK SO THAT IT NO LONGER LEAKED THROUGH TO OUR CEILING.

 + -1 moreTHEY WERE SUPPOSED TO COME BACK TO TAKE THE PLASTIC CAP OFF. I HAVE CONTACTED THEM SEVERAL TIMES THEY SAID THEY WOULD COME OUT, THEY WOULDN'T SHOW UP. WE HAVE LEFT SEVERAL MESSAGES TO NO AVAIL. CONSEQUENTLY WE HAVE AN UNUSABLE FIREPLACE. WE JUST BASICALLY WANT THEM TO FINISH THE WORK.
Description of Work: NEW CHIMNEY CAP. THEY PUT A PLASTIC COVER OVER TO LET IT SEASON.

 + -1 moreTHE QUALITY OF THE WORK, PROFESSIONALISM AND PRICE WERE ALL VERY GOOD. THE COMPANY WOULD HAVE RATED HIGHER IN RESPONSIVENESS AND PUNCTUALITY HAD THEY CALLED THE MORNING OF THE JOB LIKE THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO, RATHER THAN ME HAVING TO CALL AND FIND OUT WHEN THEY WOULD BE OUT.
