They showed up and completed the jobs as they said they would and did a good job cleaning up. No complaints.

The quality of service was great. Mike did a great job and went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. He inspected all areas of roof and provided pictures to show us where the problem areas were rather than just take his word for it. Service was done quickly and without a hitch. I would definitely recommend Mike and this company again.

Two gentlemen came out and it took them 8 hours due to some extra work. They left the area spotless and the windows looked great. I have already had them back to do estimates on replacing more windows. I am definitely going to use them again.

Starting from his call to set up an appointment time through the completion of his inspection, Mike was professional, friendly and very courteous. He made us feel at ease and we felt we could trust the results of his assessment. He gave a detailed report of our roof, siding and gutter conditions. He did not try to pressure us at all, he simply provided the facts. We had inside water leakage damage that we thought was from an ice buildup on our roof and he confirmed that. Our plan is to definitely use Advanced Concepts Inc., to complete the work needed.

I had ACI come back out to give me quote on new windows and doors. I was given information to review. I never felt rushed or pressured, but was emailed an estimate within 48 hours after I selected the windows and doors I wanted pricing on. I worked with Brian. He called the following day to confirm I received my estimate via email. His overall knowledge and good advice he gave made me feel very confident again that I had selected the right contractor and products. Bill was on time to measure the windows and doors that were to be installed. He worked in a timely fashion and created very little mess, The entire project was completed in two days. I am so happy not to have drafty windows any longer.

Bill showed up as scheduled introduced himself and went straight to work. When finished he explained how the repair was done, the number of nail pops taken care of, and a general summary of the roofs condition. I purchased the Big Deal because it included a repair that had to be done to out the house up for sale. Because the repair was part of a Big Deal the invoice was generic and when I began collecting information for the buyer found that I needed something specific to indicate that the leak was repaired. Several weeks after Bill did the work I contacted ACI to request an invoice describing the repair. I fully expected them to say that due to the time that had passed they couldn't provide it but they responded immediately and within a couple of days emailed me an invoice with a specific description of the work done as Bill had explained it on the day of the service. I was impressed at their willingness to provide a response and that they treated it with the same importance I felt it needed.

We are new home owners and experienced wet walls this winter in the addition of our home. We had 4 A-rated Angie's List contractors out to analyze the water issue in our addition. All but one suggested that the problem required a new roof (est. $16k-$25k). The fourth identified the issue as a condensation problem due to too high indoor humidity. Our neighbors, noting that we were having contractors bid our roof issues, suggested that the firm recommended by her realtor, ACI, stop over and look at our problem while they were in the area to look at theirs. ACI took a long look at the complete house roof, gutters and flashing and carefully inspected the areas where we were experiencing moisture in the house. They too, noticed some minor problems, and diagnosed our issue as humidity (later confirmed by an energy audit that found the builders omitted insulation in that area). They were prompt, professional (not trying to make a big job out of nothing) and explained the issues they were seeing. As people that work on almost exclusively insurance-related jobs, they could tell me what the insurance adjuster would look for and why my roof would not qualify for a roof replacement and why one was definitely not needed. I felt that I was finally getting a true assessment of our issue and the repairs needed to protect our home. $375 is a far cry from $25K!

We had a piece of siding blow off from a wind storm. Bill came out and put it back on and also checked the rest of the siding. He also helped my fiance take Christmas lights down (that should have been taken down a long time ago haha) Thanks Bill! Will use again!

We had siding ripped off our house in a wind storm. We worked with ACI to first repair the siding and continued to work with our insurance company to replace the whole house due to mismatch color. The job was completed on time, well managed from start to finish, and the final product looks great. Our project manager was very accessible to any and all questions we had. He was out many times throughout the process from start to finish. He also worked directly with our insurance company to make sure nothing was missed. We are looking at doing some gutter replacement in the future, and will be sure to use ACI for this work as well.

ACI was able to help us get our hail damage insurance claim to include 100% replacement of the roof and siding for our home. This was no small task, as it encompassed contesting the original insurance inspection and initial estimate. The roofing and siding contractor crews were always prompt and got the job done in spite of the harshest Ohio winter in decades! We are very happy with the final results of the contracted insurance work and additional gutter and trim replacement on our Worthington home. Although the house was built in 1986, it looks like new and is now sporting a completely maintenance-free exterior. I would highly recommend ACI to anyone who is in the market for any restoration, remodeling or other construction services.

I called ACI because I had a leak. Brian from came out on time and inspected my home. Brian found storm damage to my gutters, siding, and roof. ACI tarped my roof to prevent further water damage from occuring. Brian worked with my insurance company and my insurance company agreed to replace my gutters, siding, roof, patch the drywall, repaint the interior and reimburse me for the tarping. ACI was fast, courteous, professional. The crews arrived around 730 in the morning placed down tarps to protect my landscaping and had cleaned up all job related debris and were gone by about 6 pm in the evening. The work looked great! At the end Brian provided me with all of my warranties. ACI exceeded all of my expectations and it was an overall wonderful experience. I would highly recommend them to friends, family, and neighbors.

ACI came out after we called for estimates post a fall wind storm. They were Courteous, prompt and communicate with us every step of the way. They immediately tarped the damaged are to avoid any further water damage to the area. They worked directly with our insurance to submit invoices. They completed installation quickly, and cleaned up thoroughly. When a minor issue arose with a piece of siding, they promptly came out and fixed it. Would highly recommend to others and would work with them again.

I was pleasantly surprised with the professionalism of everyone involved with the project. The communication was excellent and the clean-up was much better than I had envisioned it would be.

What was done was done well. Because I was not going to be home when the work was done I sent pictures and talked to them on the phone. 90% of the work was done. However, the down spouts were not secured and nails on the roof corners were not secured. I'm guessing that this did not happen because ACI sub'd the work out. Summary - The main items were done and the details ignored.

I worked directly with Chris Brown - [District Manager]. I saw them do an excellent job on a neighbor's roof. Asked them to stoop by and give me and estimate - which they did within a couple of hours - and then provided an estimate in writing within a day. The crew showed up at 6:30 AM - had tear-off completed w/n a couple of hours - and the entire job was completed by end of the work day. The crew was friendly, neat, respectful of property, and clean up was excellent! The company was great to work with - we even changed our mind on shingle choice after the project was started, and they were very gracious in working with us to remedy the situation to our wishes!

They got everything paid for by our insurance company. They were wonderful because they got my insurance company to pay for the repairs due to storm damage. My insurance company was reluctant but they supervisor was very aggressive. He was professional and knew what he was doing. His crew also did a great job. I really liked the workers. They made me feel comfortable having them in my home. I was happy with the service. The roof work was fantastic but it did take longer than expected to complete the painting work. I would recommend them.

We absolutely got what we paid for. The service was extremely average. Everyone involved was very personable and polite.

The insurance paid for both repairs because it was due to weather damage. ACI handled everything with the insurance company. They were very friendly and completed the work quickly. They were in and out. They did a great job and the service was wonderful. The price was fair compared to other places we looked into.

Our gutters look good and they are functional. The service was good. They seemed to be helpful. After they completed the work, I asked them to return to provide a quote for insulation work. They have yet to follow up. They did not follow up after the sale either. I thought that was unusual. He did square everything away and complete the work. The guy called my insurance company and initiated the process. We did not have to pay for the roof installation because our insurance covered it, which was great. They came highly recommended to me by one of my clients. Overall, we everything was great.

They were attentive to the questions that I had. They cleaned up well, and their service was really good.
