A-ACE SEPTIC TANK CLEANING

They were awful and I would never use them again. They never showed up and never called me.

Experience was horrible. I called on a Tuesday to request a service call to clean the sewer lines because we had a back-up in our medical practice. The receptionist stated that they would be out that afternoon. Four hours later I called to see what the status was and she advised me that would be out in the morning. I was not contacted on the change of timing. Then that morning I called and spoke to the technician and told him what I was experiencing with our bathrooms, he stated that he would be out around 11:30 to take care of it. At 1 o'clock, I called back and asked what happened to the plummer? Receptionist stated that she sent him on another call and he could come over by the end of the day. I tried to explain to her that we run a medical office and we have a lot of patients in and out throughout the day. We would have to have a certain time for them to do service. She did not care or try to accomidate a time frame for my business. I could not believe how rude she was and how she was be-littling me on the phone. Their customer service is horrible!!!!!!

We worked with Justin and Colt. They were able to come out the day after I called. I was pleased with such prompt service. They pumped the tank, and then tested it. They ran water into the tank and it didn't flow through, so they knew we had an issue. We had the utility lines marked the next day. They returned the following day with a backhoe. They found the problem without having to do much digging. They repaired a bad spot on the outlet line of the septic tank. They also installed a filter baffle and riser. They had told us originally that we needed the filter on the type of system that we had. They back filled and left things looking remarkable well. I really appreciated the time they took to explain what we had and where it ran.
