Description of Work: Pickerington heating and cooling came out to do our annual maintenance on our furnace. We were very pleased. We have an older furnace and have had other companies try and convince us that it needs to be replaced. Pickerington checked out the system and said it is still in good working order!

Description of Work: AC tuneup....all was going well until the tech came |to the door and told me I needed a new part.....understand I was NOT having any problems with my air conditioner....Saw the special and thought at the price...why not. 29.99. |The new part, a capacitor, cost me 80.00. Again, my conditioner was working fine. |I guess that's how they get to your house, 29.99. Then hope that you buy.....I have no way of knowing why I had to have that part. He was the person I "trusted." He stated that if I didn't get it, that "he would probably be back, on other service call to replace the part." |What can you do, you are in a catch 22. Didn't like it.. |Will find someone else next time. |

Description of Work: They called the day I purchased the deal to schedule the installation. I had some availability restrictions and they worked with me to find the perfect date. | |The day of installation they were to arrive between 8 and 9 but they called around 8:30 to say they would be there by 9. They were. I had no problem with this since they phoned to let me know. | |Polite and professional, they answered all my questions and kept me informed through the process. They cleaned up after themselves and told me about the warranty following by mail. I could not be happier with Pickerington Heating and Cooling.

Description of Work: They were efficient, professional and cleaned up after their work in our home. Worker returned the next day to complete job as specified in Angie's deal.

Description of Work: We purchased an Angie's List special from them for a new furnace & air conditioner. Kip was very helpful in scheduling the service as soon as possible. They were punctual and the install took less time than expected. They cleaned up and took away the old units. They also noticed the rusty condition of our old water heater and they were able to have one delivered and installed on the same day as our original service so we didn't have to take additional time off of work. We would highly recommended them.

Description of Work: They installed a new furnace after discovering information on outside of old furnace was wrong. And still got work done quickly and efficiently. And made it easier for us to clean intake.
