Description of Work: I purchased a furnace cleaning & checkup Deal offer from Pickerington Heating & Cooling. I was contacted promptly and was able to set up an appointment easily and at my convenience, and was given a time window.The technician called when he was on his way, was very prompt and professional, and took time to explain what he did with the furnace. He found that I needed to replace a small part, told me what it did and its importance, and I agreed to have him replace it. It was only $25, so I still got a very good deal and excellent service. I would not hesitate to use this company in the future.

Description of Work: They didn't do anything. They refused to install the new furnace because my house smelled too bad for them to work in. I am a senior citizen. I have pets. And I have NO heat. Tonight the temperature is supposed to be below zero. I can't afford to move into a hotel. Don't call these people. They'll leave you hanging high and dry too.

Description of Work: Just when we were in need of a new furnace this Big Deal came up. To us it was a deal of a lifetime. They installed the furnace in a few hours and it works in our house great! We don't even set the temp above 68. The team was professional and did a wonderful job. Grade A. |

Description of Work: While they were still at my house and after the furnace annual service they performed, I noticed the smell of gas. They attributed it to the lighting of the pilot and that made sense. Several weeks later the smell had not gone away and I called to ask if they'd come look at it for possible leaks. I left a message and got no response. A second message also got no response. I intend to contact another heating/cooling company to fix the situation.
