Description of Work: They came out to check my A/C but because my Ac was old and was not serviceable I had to have the Ac replaced. Since they could not use the coupon I had purchased, they put it towards the new air conditioner. they are coming out on Thursday 5/21 to put the new air conditioner in. If they had tried to take the screw off the ac then liquid would have came out of the ac and it was not the worth the risk of causing any damage.

Description of Work: Found out this is a family business and to me that is always a good sign. The technician was young but knew what he was doing and the fact that it was a family business suggested to me that he had training from experienced people. He was polite, wore booties, could not fix the problem immediately, but came back at 8:30 pm (!) with a part on the same day. | |I don't know if this is a competitive price or not, but it was excellent service and I felt I could trust his opinion and advice.

Description of Work: Freezing cold day & furnace broke down, They came out at 9 pm, which was the soonest they were able to after I called at 4 pm, discovered the problem and were able to fix it & get the heat back on that night. Very professional and helpful.

Description of Work: Bought the deal, and they sent out a technician and a sales man, and the technician didn't seem to be very knowledgeable. Then said I had to pay an additional $1,008.00 for changing venting and to take out the old equipment.
